Plot Sizes & Layouts
Godrej Plots Ludhiana is a plotted development, so instead of fixed apartment floor plans buyers choose a plot and design their own house. Advertised sizes fall into three broad groups; final dimensions, facing, road width and availability will only be confirmed by the approved layout and the Punjab RERA filing.
Plot Sizes: 109–180 Sq. Yd.
Compact plots (109–125 sq. yd., approx. 981–1,125 sq. ft.), mid-sized plots (128–150 sq. yd., approx. 1,152–1,350 sq. ft.) and large plots (179–180 sq. yd., approx. 1,611–1,620 sq. ft.), with prices on request*.
Plot Dimensions & Layout Checks
A verified plot-by-plot inventory has not been published yet. Ask for the plot number, exact dimensions, facing, 3-side-open status, road width, setbacks and permitted floors in writing, and match them with the approved layout.
Compact Plots (109–125 Sq. Yd.)
An efficient plot for an independent home, suited to nuclear families who want their own house without a large land outlay.
Mid-Sized Plots (128–150 Sq. Yd.)
More flexibility for room planning, parking and multi-floor living; ask about east-facing or 3-side-open options, which may carry a premium.
Large Plots (179–180 Sq. Yd.)
Room for a spacious villa, joint-family home or home office, subject to Punjab building bye-laws and township regulations.
